Let’s hope these Common Purpose “graduates” finally stop their abuse of Grandma B.

Dear Ms England, Dear Mr Alexander,

I am writing to you in your roles as chief executive and leader of York Council.

As you are aware, for the past five years, officers and social workers employed by your authority and its members have been systematically abusing my elderly parents with the criminal intent of defrauding them of their assets. This abuse, as you know, contributed to my 87 year-old father’s death

As you are aware, Lord Maginnis of Drumglass this raised this case in Parliament on numerous occasions and has openly accused York Council of corruptly abetting this criminal activity. You have not denied this and have instead chosen to exercise your right of silence.

As you are aware, my mother`s solicitors have written to Cllr Tracey Simpson-Laing, who has the portfolio of adult social services, and to Cllr David Horton JP, former Lord Mayor of York, instructing them to cease and desist in their harassment of my now 84 year-old, disabled mother. However, they have not complied with this instruction.

As you are aware, the entire senior management of both York Social Services and the City of York Council have abetted my mother’s abusers in their criminal activity.

As you are aware, every member of York Council has declined to lift a finger to stop this abuse, so making themselves complicit in it.

May I now draw your attention to the attached Court Injunction?

It states:

“Any other person who know of this order and does anything which helps or permits the Respondents to breach the terms of this order may also be held to be in contempt of court and may be imprisoned, fined of have their assets seized.

Would you kindly inform your officers and members that if they continue to to abet the Respondents mentioned in this injunction, they face imprisonment? Please do so forthwith and provide me with a copy of your instructions, so that I may satisfy the court that you intend to comply with this injunction.

Should you not do so, then I reserve the right to draw this to the attention of the court. The court may consider this to be contempt and you may face imprisonment, so may I suggest it would be in your best interests to do as I ask?

May I also remind you that members of the large criminal element in your authority have fabricated a number of allegations against me to help the Respondents to breach the terms of this injunction. May I ask you to withdraw these unfounded allegations forthwith?

Please indicate by return that you have done so.

Should you not do so, then I reserve the right to draw this to the attention of the court. The court may consider this to be contempt and you may face imprisonment, so may I suggest it would be in your best interests to do as I ask?

Looking forward to hearing from you.
