Grandma B’s main abuser and abductor, her older son Robert Hofschröer, who is employed by York Social Services, is facing a committal at Leeds County Court for contempt of court.
Along with his two children, special needs teacher Diane Hofschröer and website content writer Martin Hofschröer, all of 59 Moorgate, Acomb, York, he has been summonsed to appear before a Circuit Judge at 10 a.m. on Friday 8 August 2014.
The alleged contempt refers to a breach of an Injunction Order made at the same court on 5 July 2013.
On 6 May 2014, Robert Hofschröer and his accomplices are alleged to have abducted Grandma B from her home her Germany, before sedating her and returning her to York.
Grandma B’s carer and attorney Peter Hofschröer is alleging that one of the reasons his mother was abducted was to prevent her from continuing to litigate against her abusers.
Lord Maginnis has raised her case in Parliament on several occasions, openly accusing York Social Services and North Yorkshire Police of colluding in attempts to defraud Grandma B of her assets. Neither York Council nor North Yorkshire Police have commented on these allegations.
