Dear Chief Constable,

On 5th July 2013, Leeds County Court issued an injunction which was served on Robert, Diane and Martin Hofschröer of 59 Moorgate, York (attached).

As you are aware, the Respondents have committed a number of serious criminal offences against two elderly people and their carer, namely my late father Paul Hofschröer, my mother Barbara Hofschröer and myself.

As you are also aware, they have been supported in their criminal activities by a large number of officers of your force, who have refused to uphold the law and arrest these criminals and who have gone so far as to commit a number of serious criminal offences to abet the Respondents.

May I draw to your attention one of the provisions of this injunction?

“Any other person who knows of this order and does anything which helps or permits the Respondents to breach the terms of this order may also be held to be in contempt of court and may be imprisoned, fined or have their assets seized.

Would you kindly inform your officers that if they continue to to abet the Respondents mentioned in this injunction, they face imprisonment? Please do so forthwith and provide me with a copy of your instructions, so that I may satisfy the court that you intend to comply with this injunction.

Should you not do so, then I reserve the right to draw this to the attention of the court. The court may consider this to be contempt and you may face imprisonment, so may I suggest it would be in your best interests to do as I ask?

May I also remind you that members of the large criminal element in your force have fabricated a number of allegations against me to help the Respondents to breach the terms of this injunction. May I ask you to withdraw these unfounded allegations forthwith?

Please indicate by return that you have done so.

Should you not do so, then I reserve the right to draw this to the attention of the court. The court may consider this to be contempt and you may face imprisonment, so may I suggest it would be in your best interests to do as I ask?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,
Peter Hofschröer
